Looking for thoughts on Mod list before pulling the trigger

I am looking for thoughts and opinions on my mod list before I go through with it. I have been searching and reading post and think I have come up with a good list. I have some time because I have to wait till my back gets better. I have a 05 G35 5AT that I got after my accident. Right now all it has is a stillen z tube and stillen CAI.

1. replacing stillen filter with popcharger filter, keeping stillen housing.
2. SxExCx Grounding kit
3. Transgo RE5R05A-HD2 Reprogramming Kit
4. MD 5/16 Spacer
5. 06 Projectors
6. Led replacements on all interior lights
7. ???

Next Spring doing exhaust
1. either MD art pipes or F.I. HFC
2. CatBack ??? Maybe MD xyz with cats or I don't really have a clue yet. I have seen lots of opinions on this one looking for low end torque, more so daily driver friendly or fun. Not planning on racing just enjoying.

Any thoughts are welcome, or new ideas.

Thank you

Are you dropped at all? Things I would add would be:
coilovers/springs
sway bars
Osiris tune after all of your breathing mods are done.

I forgot to add the Osiris tune, I am planning on doing that after the exhaust is done. I will either be taking it down to Austin to get it done, or I have heard Jotech Motorsports here in Dallas may be getting ready to be able to do the Osiris tune. Haven't talked to Jotech yet though so not 100%.

Thanks for the Replies, I would like to eventually drop it and work on the suspension but I want to finish this group of mods first. Haven't looked into the suspension mods at all have alot of reading to do still on that front. Thanks for the ideas though I now have somewhere to start.

That filter inside your Stillen CAI is one of the best, buy a K&N filter cleaning kit and follow the instructions. Don't replace it with a lesser filter, keep it clean! The MD spacer should be your next mod, best bank for your $$. Sean's grounding kit will make your trans shift smoother, great idea. Upgrading to projectors is the best exterior mod you could make for your first gen G35! LEDs are a matter of taste, you don't need brighter light but a color change can be fun in your interior. Transgo mod isn't a bad idea, flip a coin. HFC's are a good mod since that's where most of the restriction is within your exhaust system....at least you'll be 50 state legal. Aftermarket exhaust is a matter of what you like and want to spend. Attend meets and hear for yourself other members systems and ask questions. Sound clips won't let you hear the sound in the real world. Good Luck!

all your mods depend on what direction your wanting to go in such as show or go or both
then you gotta decide whether you want to spread your modding around or stick with one until you are satisfied and you have a few places to start with exterior, interior, engine, suspension what you have listed sounds like a good start and whatever you do youll be happy with the result because these cars are sick gl with modding and glad to welcome another texas member hope this helps

On average about $500.
If there's an authorized dealer nearby, go for a custom tune.
