Question Need help

I recently took of the rims of my G and want to lift it back up. I have the original springs and just want to put them on but when i asked for the pricethey told me around $250-$300

When i asked why so much, they said cuz they had to compress them.

Is this True? Because i never saw them compress my eiback springs when they put them on. Unless they come like that.

PLZ HELP... I DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF

you can do it yourself with just a little bit of work. The rears require no compression and just pop right in.
The fronts you can either re-mount the spring using a spring compressor or do what I did which is lower the car onto the springs.
To do this remove the current springs from the shock, then slip on the old springs, mount the shocks up on the bottom and carefully lower the car down onto the spring and shock, it will compress the spring. Just don't forget to re-apply the top nut when your done.
Finished!
