Question about tyres

Hey guys, currently I have the stock OEM 18" wheels with the tyres been 245/45 at the rear and 225/25 at the front.

I want to buy new wheels which are 18 * 9 offset 30. Can the same tyres fit on these wheels?
Cheers!

^ not in Europe England and Australia.

Your tire sizes are super ****ed dude. 245/45 and 225/25 is a retarded combo and who ever mounted those is an idiot.

I really hope it's a typo.

I don't suggest running staggered kinda stretched tires on no staggered wheels. I recommend finding different wheels.

Short answer, yea, kinda.

haha yeh I'm from Australia and hence the tyres.

Sorry massive typo, the combo is 245/45 and 225/45. But I guess this is still a staggered fit even if I put them on the 18 * 9 wheels?

Devastating cause I just bought new tyres like 4 weeks ago and I love the wheels i found!

You can run them, but for your next tire set up I would definitely recommend soemthing more suitable. It's ok to stagger tires, I would just use different tires sizes.

I say go for them, if they're what you want and a a reasonable price run them for a little while and move on to something new or keep em and go onto the next set of tires!

Ian, you could use your current tires but if you go with the 18X9" rims a better choice and a more stable ride would be 245/45X18 F and 255/45X18 R. I don't get why Nissan runs those small 225 tyres on the front of our G35s since that's where 51% of the weight is....
