Unhappy Driver heated seat not working all the time

Hi guys,
i don't know if this happened to you or if you can help me... Sometimes, when i try to use the driver seat heat option, nothing happens : the light from the switch doesn't go yellow and the seat doesn't heat. When there is really really cold it works in most of the cases but if we have over 10-15 C, nothing happens.
This all apply for the driver seat. THe passenger work fine, all the time.

What can i check?
Thanks

I have the same problem with my passenger seat except the light on the seat heater button still turns on but no heat to the seat. Do you need to be seated on it for it to work?

Even if only one seat wasn't working, think it would be fuse related? I know I had my center console out other other day to access the head unit for an iPod kit so maybe I knocked something loose. I'll double check tonight.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Went to Infinti not to long ago for service...they say there is a "recall" or a TSB for the heated seats and they fix it for free...even offered me a loaner car..

I haven't gone yet, waiting for spring...maybe I can get the G37 convertible for a loaner...hehehe

^^ Why wait til spring? You won't need the heat then!

My heated seats still work though....but they said it should be looked at for any malfunctions, plus its a recall on the heated seat. Thats why I have no rush...I also got a letter from Infinti about the passenger side airbag recall, probably just have both done at the same time
