Help ! Dent....
Help ! Dent....
Hey guys i have an 05 coupe... Last weekend at a party someone pushed someone down onto my hood
theres a small indent on the left side of the hood about 6 inches from the top of the grill and a few inches away from the center crease. You can only see the dent at an angle in good light, its a circle about two inches in diameter. I understand that our hoods are made out of aluminum...
can this easily be fixed ???

thanks in advance for all the input

Don't cha hate those little dings/dents, you walk up to your beautiful G and that's what you notice before anything else....
Dent Master or The Dent Man, all those paintless dent removal guys will work out that hood dent. Normal cost is between $65 to $75 in my neighborhood, depending on where you live it could be more or even less....G/L

Ditto on Dent Wizard!
When they first started using that technology in the early 90's I was providing towing services for a HUGE Insurance Auction. The guy that owned the place bought 130 new Fords from a dealership that had been in a massive hail storm. The new and upcoming technology needed the training. (had started up in Australia for a few years prior before moving to the US) so it was a match made in heaven. They agreed to fix any car for $50, and in turn they got weeks of work, and a free building to work in.
Even then the work was amazing. One Crown Vic, in black none the less, had over 130 hail dents. They worked on that puppy for almost a week, changing teams twice a day. When all was said and done the roof, trunk, hood and almost all of the left side were PERFECT. (no damage to the right side) The only areas that you could see anything at all were in the body style lines. (IE: creases in the fenders and at the top of the door.) The middle of the door, front fender and especially the rear C pillar and quarter panel were perfect as well.
Bottom line... if your dent isn't around the style line, leading edge, or side edges on the hood chances are you can get a cheap fix that after a good buff-n-glaze you'll never notice was there. VBG!!! Then of course you'll want to drop big money on a complete buff-n-glaze for snits and giggles while your at it.
Good luck!G
