there's a sticky on here that will give you the specs on the bolt you need to replace: https://g35driver.com/forums/intake-...es-vq35de.html

there's also a sticky on here on how to make your own catch can for cheap with stuff from home depot & auto parts stores: https://g35driver.com/forums/engine-...catch-can.html

I thought I read in the MD Spacer install directions that having some oil in the plenum is considered normal... Am I wrong?

Yes, it is normal to find oil residue in you plenum but why would you want to? This is why we install catch cans, so our plenums are running clean and the residue doesn't end up in our engines....

I didn't know you could get rid of the oil residue. Now I do... Guess Catch Cans is on the list now. Thanks!

When i replaces the upper plenum with an APS i forgot to include on of the brass screws because it eliminated 4 bolts of the 6 from the top of the plenum but the remaining wholes have to plugged with the screws provided but i actually misplaced one screw bolted everything up started the car and the car an horrible kept stalling out and bogging like bad gas..so i took it off again and found the screw put everything back together ran good just watch out because you said you needed to pick one up
