I have the X02 with test pipes and it sounds nothing like a "normal" X02.

As for performance, it has served me well and has got me decent times at the track. Yes, my car actually see's the track, so I put it's performance to use. I've raced G's and Z's with the same mods with exhaust that cost more than $1200 more than mine...I don't know where that extra $1200 went in terms of performance.

One thing about the X02 is that it has larger piping (2.5") than the HKS (2.3). If you have test pipes HFC's in which most are 2.5", the piping diameter will actually match with the X02. Change out to mufflers to Magnaflow and add a resonated x-pipe to the X02 and it's basically like a Fast Intentions exhaust.

jairen you said you run the replica exhaust. do you have problems with the piping rusting or tips fading or anything else of that nature?

its def a great choice in that price range.

i would personally jump on that ARK exhaust (also a HKS knock off) since the quality is there. sound is eh.
(Correct me if i am wrong about it being a knock off. looks very similar)

Definitely post up some vids. I heard the Fast Intentions sound better with the test pipes. I am very interested to see how this combo turns out.

Invidia anyone?

And question for Jairen. Do you think my X02 with Berk Technology HFC with a Vortech Supercarger run okay? Or should I just go ahead and shell out the money for like MD Shockwave or something?
