Gas door stuck shut

I was on empty when I pulled over at a gas station today but the gas door would not open no matter how many times I tried. Anyone have this problem?

Happened to me

Pull the trunk liner out and you can access the white pin that locks when the car is locked. Just grab it and pull it back.

Wow, I bought my car used from a dealer and my gas door doesn't lock, but I hear the solenoid working. Looks like they missed a point on their inspection...
