Splash Guards-worth getting?

Now that it started raining in LA I wonder if I should get the splash guards. Do you guys have them? Do they protect the car from debris and give her a cooler look.
They cost $85 per pair.
Any advice is appreciated.

Yes to all 4 of your questions. Especially with black.

Re: Splash Guards-worth getting?

I love my splash guards. Very easy to put them on yourself. Just drill a couple of small holes. They really enhance the appearance of the car and help ALOT with debris. I think G's without the splash guards look little odd to me, unless they have some other body kit.

Re: Splash Guards-worth getting?

I just put mine on recently and love em! Most peeps are either for or against! I think they compliment the lines of the car nicely!! Don't forget the fornt lip to go with them!!! I installed everything myself and it wasn't difficult! A little time consuming, but that's it!

Re: Splash Guards-worth getting?

Thank you all for the input. Do you most have them on the rear only? Should I buy them from the dealer or search elsewhere?

Everything G35 i think is the cheapest! i think they were about 75 beans! Front and back to keep the look uniform and tie everything together! They come prepainted!

fronts are important to protect the doors from gunk.

Re: Splash Guards-worth getting?

Just my opinion, but at times I think they make the G's already big butt look too big. On the other hand, I think they are one of the best things to put on, as far as body work for the rear. Cheap too.

Actually they are $75 for front, $75 for rear, total $150+ shipping at EverythingG35.

If you have a brilliant silver and in need of a full set, let me know via PM.

Re: Splash Guards-worth getting?

I just put a set on my BS coupe about two weeks ago and I love them - really makes the car look more aggresive, esp. in the rear - the rear reason I got them was for added protection when I put on my wheels (that I don't have yet - dammit!)

Re: Splash Guards-worth getting?

Hey Guys,

I just ordered the entire set of front and rear (black) splash guards from Everything G 35.
The only thing I wonder is how to instal them. In the description it says no drilling required but some of you mentioned that you do have to drill. The dealer wants $100 to put them on??? I am not too technically inclined and would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks for all your valuable posts. Our forum is wonderful and you guys make it stay that way.
