Got rear ended =(

No pics as of yet, but it really isnt too bad. I got pushed into the car in front of me as well as the back bumper being effed up. My question is this, I really want a Nismo front. Do you guys think I could sway the insurance company to pay for one? I have no idea on prices or if there is a huge difference between the nismo and the OEM. I will most likely keep the back the same since it looks good already. I wish they hit my trunk too so I could get the strafe haha. Gotta wait and month to get another clear bra on too, cant drive like usual, I dont want all those rock chips!

Front doesn't look bad at all, just a dent. Im sure the insurance won't replace it but they will give you somewhat to fix it. Regardless, good luck

You could just get an estimate for the work needed to be done and collect that cash and spend it however you like. I just bought a nismo a few months back and it was 300, fyi.

ya thats all it is, problem is though I have a clear bra and its been painted before so if they take it off the paint comes with it and its gonna be ruined. Im gonna ask the person who hit me's insurance to give me a new bumper and clear bra.

if you need a new bumper, insurance will write you for one. OEM costs more than nismo, so you'll make out ahead of the game. the only time it pays to follow insurance exactly is if there may be hidden damage that you'll need a supplement for.
