car is in the garage!!!
so a combo that definitely does not work for the g is borla exhaust with resonator delete and test pipes!!!
Horible rasp!!!
anything above 3k rpm is like buzzzzzzz
i was embarassed to drive fast although i definitely felt the power
just sounds like a riced civic
and anything below well is some hella drone! (enough for a headache)
so now the car is sitting in the garage for now as im waiting for a new setup that is on its way
Exotic speed R1-T PWR exhaust and Berk HFC
hoping for the best
any comments on this exhaust combo?

You should have done a SEARCH on exhaust systems before you bought the Borla system, I made the same mistake a few years ago and always voice my opinion of their system....how it's made and sounds. HKS or Stillens dual systems are made and sound so much better than Borla, there's no comparison....

I got my berk HFC and exotic speed R1-T on my car and i can say im in love with it.
The craftmanship of the exhaust is incredible and fitment is spot on no complaints at all.
I even recieved some pretty cool t-shirts with the exhaust.
only con would be that on cold start up it can rasp a little at higher rpms but after warming up it is a beast and sounds incredible all the way through.
If anyone is interested in any info on the setup just ask i probably will be posting up a video on youtube of the setup soon, as well as running a dyno this weekend just to see what kind of numbers it will be putting down.

some people like the load rumble of muscle cars
some like loud annoying rice cans
then some people dont seem to care they just want to be loud as possible
then there are those people who seem to love the exotic sound from italian cars
to me this exhaust is about exotic as it gets for this car and its an incredible sound once you hit 6k rpm which reminds me of ferrari's :driving
and it really fits the style of this car if you ask me.
many of the other exhaust made for this car sound very good but just should be on another car, hence the borla exhaust i had made it sound very much like a muscle car and that wasnt my goal for this car at all.
my .02
truthfully im probably gonna change my setup slightly to increase power but i will keep the exoticspeed y back for this sound
hopefully soon i will have ART pipes and XYZ pipe with resonator
