car battery dieing

hey guys,
ive gotta 04 coupe which has been dieing lately. i figured out that when i set the lights to auto, for some reason in the day time after i turn the car off, they still remain on (they used to turn off when i hit the alarm). anyone else experience this? solutions? thanks.

Lights should go off after you turn your car off and lock it. Takes a few seconds though. If your problem continues, just stop using auto mode

Ferocios you have two choices, take your G into Nissan and have the issue fixed or quit using the lights to auto option. I've never used that anyway, to me it's a waste of energy.... Why would you need your lights on during the daytime?

You probably have something blocking the sensors on top of the dash..

well do you have an after market alarm??? I got a Viper 5901 and i had the same problem... Just don't use the Auto... my best advice

I love the auto headlights. I HATE driving cars that don't have auto headlights. It's a simple ECU feature that all cars should have.
