B L U E

I was driving home today and saw the 350z in Daytona blue. THAT THING LOOKED SOOOO SWEET! I was just wondering why the G's didn't get the same shade of blue. Ours is lighter and IMO doesn't look as nice. Later

Re: B L U E

Good question, not the first person to ask it though , I too wanted daytona blue, looks a lot better than the CB color on the coupe IMHO. I also heard that the only reason Infiniti went with a CB color was too match up to BMW's "Aqua" color on the M3's. Why o Why?!?!?!?!

Plus, I would love for the coupe to come out in Yellow! That would be hot!!!!

Not being Biased or anything, but I think CB is an awesome looking color. I like it better than the common looking 350Z color. It's nice, dont get me wrong, but I like the CB better.

Re: B L U E

I think the Daytone Blue would have been beautiful on the G. I actually asked if I paid extra if they could have it done in that color. I just don't like the lighter CB it doesn't do it for me. So infiniti told me now and I went with L.R. It's hot!

Re: B L U E

The Daytona blue looks like the blue on the Corvette. It would have been a tough choice if they were both available. I like both of them!

Well I think both are nice. I have the CB in the sedan and I would not mind seeing the sedan and the coupe in the Daytona blue color. If you want the color why dont you go to a paint shop and get your car painted that color.

Uhhhhh, more money and the paint jobs here in the USA are crap compared to overseas where they aren't as strictly regulated due to environmental hazard regulations/laws.

Re: B L U E

Cheap paint jobs are crap. It costs money to do it right.. that is, do a great job and obey the EPA laws at the same time. And it's still cheaper than shipping your car to Japan to have it painted and shipping it back.

Re: B L U E

Considering a good job involves removing all the body panels from the car to paint and bake them, you're looking at something in the $3-4,000 ballpark to repaint a car.
