im currently in search of a pre owned 2004 G35C 5AT with navi.

Do 2004 models come in black/black 5AT?
because all ive seen so far for 40 b/b is 6MT, the only ones im able to find are the 03 in b/b 5at

When test driving , what kind of things should i look out for, like known issues.

yes, there are 04 black/graphite 5at

off the top of my head and coming from experience:
i would look at tire wear, bose cd functionality (make sure left channel works ok, cds change ok, no buzzing sounds).. listen for whistling sound from the drivers side window.. have brakes and rotors examined.. engine oil examined.. check for rattles in seats, rear shelf.. make sure you fit in the car and are comfortable in the drivers seat..
not sure what else, maybe others can add things.. but in general pay close attention to the details and try to not be too impressed by the car itself to miss things....youll have enough time for that after you find the car you want.
