I pulled the head unit the other day to check the wiring and run some for a sub, put everything back together, and now my climate control display goes nuts every now and then.

When it starts tripping out, if you change it to defrost it stops trippin, and if you turn it off completely the compass and outside temp stops trippin.

Any ideas why? Is it common? It never did it before I pulled the head unit, and it doesnt cause problems with the way the climate control operates, it just causes the display to do a funky dance.

 

Sounds like u messed something up. Maybe a bad connection?

 

Wait until CA. voters legalize pot next week and see how your climate control reacts, they'll be a blue haze over the west coast. That should drive the smog police nuckingfuts.... (recheck your connections)
