The dealership chipped my brembo calipers and scratched my rims when they did the brake service.

This is the second set of rims they have damaged.

How did they scratch your wheels? The lug nut bore area?

those guys need to lift more weights to get use to the
weight of those 18's.

The lug nut bore area was damaged and I have multiple chips on my calipers. I brought the car back the next day and my service advisor was not in, so I spoke to the weekend service advisor who was absolutely clueless and tried to pawn responsibility off onto me. What he didn't know was I have pictures of before and after. That shut him up pretty quickly and he switched his tone and said I would have to speak to my original service advisor. Typical runaround.

 

o man.. miller infiniti is horrible .. they lost my drivers license.. i posted about them.. stay away.. !!!
