The lug nut bore area was damaged and I have multiple chips on my calipers. I brought the car back the next day and my service advisor was not in, so I spoke to the weekend service advisor who was absolutely clueless and tried to pawn responsibility off onto me. What he didn't know was I have pictures of before and after. That shut him up pretty quickly and he switched his tone and said I would have to speak to my original service advisor. Typical runaround.
