I bought the DEI heat wrap and silicone coating, the directions just said to add the spray for additional protection.

These pics are from last night, I added the kinetix plenum and z1 intake just to give me a little pep over the winter, both will be replaced when motor is done. last night I had the tint replaced, I did not like the 1st shade that was put on. Car is very clean I looked at over 30 G35's before I purchased this one. I'm new to the boards, however this is my third g35.

I agree...I've been planning this for a long time, and $$ is not an issue and as you guys can see, I'm sponsored so I'm hoping to finish by summer. The reason for the premature post is I believe its important to get the communities input, especially because of the work and money being put into this. I think that the input of some of the vets here(including yourself) is extremely valuable. I went to school for auto mechanics, but my specialty is car audio and some interior fabrication. Everything else I'm not an expert on.

are you installing the apr yourself? I would say no to the maxima grill its way too big and youre going to shift the headlights further out.

No I have not found anyone who is qualified to install it in my area yet, and I'm moving into a house with a garage in march when my lease is up, so I was gonna hopefully find someone by then so once body and paint is done the vehicle can be garaged. I was thinking about reducing the length of the maxima grill by 4-6 inches, do you think that would work??

Well the grill is flatter than the g35 grill area so its going to look funky. You would have to shift the grill down lower and fill it up top

Good luck LOL two vortech superchargers and a twin turbo..you do realize that just won't work? Especially on this car with the extremely tight engine bay. There is absolutely no point. Just go TT and build the motor.
