good driver mod?

I'm hoping I might be able to get some help from some of you guys. I looked through the sticky at the top of the page for mods but didn't really find what I was looking for. I'm looking to get something for my gf for xmas and don't know a whole lot about the G35 (I'm a domestic guy myself). For my car a short shifter made a huge difference. As did my intake as well as my intake spacer. From what I've read so far if I was to go for a short shifter for hers, rogue engineering would be my best bet. Stillen for the intake and motordyne for a 5/16" spacer. Of all of these mods my car responded best to the shifter, but my stock shifter was crap. Which one of these would you all say enhance the driving experience of an '04 sport 6 spd coupe, or is there something else in one of these price ranges that might be better as far as fun factor goes?

All those things you listed are appropriate starter mods. If you're into carving corners, I'd definitely add a set of aftermarket sway bars to your list as well. They help to decrease some body roll and can tighten up the handling a bit.

If your girl enjoys driving maybe look into one of the high performance driving schools (if there are any in your area). Be something good to do for both of you and out last either car. If you want parts for her car you've got a decent list. I don't think my wife would be cool with me getting her car parts, but would love something that we could do together. Of course that doesn't mean your gf won't love some G35 upgrades, just sharing something I thought about for a holiday gift as well

G's come equipped with a short shifter already. Kinda of a last mod thing.

sways would be best present. She can enjoy every turn with them, rather than hearing a sound or shorter shifts.

Get her a ZTube. That will make a nice difference in sound for 50 bucks, unless you wanna go a couple of hundred bucks, then you can get into Spacer, Test Pipes, Pop Charger (again it's pretty much sound only).

I wish my gf liked car parts... it would make my life a lot easier and gift giving more fun. It's all good, I'm getting a polished plenum from Xmas from her lol.
