I took a video once gettin pulled over and the cop told me to turn it off. I politely declined and told him I was gonna use it in a rap video and he grabbed it and smashed it on the ground. Guess he didnt like my sense of humor. lol needless to say, i got my ticket and lost my camera.

You're in plain view. You're allowed to tape it if you'd like.

That's fine. Allowed to is one thing. Getting caught and p!ssing the cop off is another.

^^ If i had known i was actually allowed to, i might have tried to do something about my $200 camera he f*ckin smashed. lol I thought i was in the wrong, but i guess in his defense i really was being a *****. I just cant stand being pulled over for bullsh!t like my exhaust begin too loud (the actual reason for being pulled over)... Oh well, though, still a funny story!

Looks like a DPS (state trooper) car, usually they are "by the book" and don't cut you any slack. You got lucky.

I got pulled over 2 weeks ago going "72" in a 55...was going 80...it was a motorcycle cop too, that was standing away from his bike, and was waving for me to pull over...guess I could have gunned it, by why risk it?
