stupid me tried to do the DIY for the side marker blinking with the turn signal...i cut only the wires i was supposed to cut, and now my car wont start! iunno wats wrong. im guessing the ECU, but im not sure...any ideas?

lol thats no good...so wat am i supposed to do? my car wont start, and i wired everything back to normal as well...this is not good because my car cant go no where cause of no insurance, and license...hmmm

 

I would guess that cutting those wires had nothing to do with it.

Is there gas in the car?
Clutch all the way down?
Using the right key?

I would also suggest getting a license and insurance before you do try to start it again...

im not gonna bother starting it again...the key turns but it sounds like its struggling to start the car. then when i take out the key, theres some buzzing sound coming from the right side near the battery. would disconnecting the battery work?

 

Buzzing sound? lol... maybe the battery is dead?

Either that or take the battery out, go get a new one.
(Since you don't have insurance/license)

I doubt it's anything to do with the wires.

seriously?! i figured it might be taht cause left the stereo running while i was doing this mod, plus the lights were flickering inside and my stereo stopped working...thats really weird it would die like that

The lights will still work if you have one cell alive in the battery. The lights draw less voltage than what it takes to start your car.

Why did you let your insurance lapse and why are you without a license and still driving?

FYI, lots of electronics will still work when the battery voltage is really low. During startup though, the engine needs HUGE amounts of current, which your battery can no longer support.

If you don't mind spending some money, I'd suggest getting a new battery... if you keep with this battery, from now on you have to be really careful about leaving the electronics on while the car is off, 'cause that battery can't hold as much charge as it used to.

If you have 6mt, I can tell you how to start with a dead battery. But you have to get a licence and insurance first. If you have 5mt, then you are SOL, LOL. And FYI, the first step when doing a mod, especially a mod involving wiring is to disconnect the battery fcol.
