Is the Nav on the G35 nationwide or do you need seperate disks like in the MB's (or at least some of them). I asked the dealer and they said it was national on one disk and then figured they were right cause it is DVD-ROM based but I know that in some Mercedes you need seperate disks for seperate parts of the country. Anyone know the real deal?

 

With DVD- Nav like ours you should only need 1 disc for the whole country.

 

The one disc covers the US and Canada.

The disc is updated annually in the fall sometime, and costs somewhere between $150-200 to buy a new version. You don't need a newer disc unless there's some region you're interested in that's been updated.
