What do you think??? Need Help!!

I found this on 2006 OB AT Coupe with 44K miles on it for the incredible price of 13.9K The only drawback is that he claims it needs a couple minor fixes which include a cracked windshield, needs new tires, horn doesnt work and the low beams dont work. And it sounds like a good deal but i dont know if i should even consider it. Help me out please. I think this might be the G i was looking for

Here is the link and I have attached a pic...he only has 1 pic which is a bit shady though.

somebody might have to correct me... But im pretty sure it's illegal to sell a car without working headlights, let alone drive it.

Don't even consider buying this '06 unless you have a clear CARFAX and those items you mentioned are fixed! Not living on the right coast I'm not aware about your state laws but I don't believe a car can be sold without working headlight/horn. Gary

DO NOT PURCHASE! You can find one with all these things working for close to that price. Keep hunting till you find the right car for you from the start or you'll be kicking yourself the whole time you own it.

Thats a good point...thanks for all the insight guys. Thats why i love this friggin forum...its the best. I think ill just pass on this one since there is a possibility it might be flooded and thats no good. Also I wont buy some cheap replacement tires either so that could run me about 1-1.5K on tires only and i could use that to buy another slightly more expensive G.

Way to go KiiD, someone taught you a little logic when you were growing up. We all know that doesn't come from our schools but must be learned at home.

Yeah I would stay way from it...it sounds like its a flooded car. I know in the state of Texas it's illegal to sell a car without working headlights and horn.
