Grinding noise in Reverse on G35 coupe 6mt.

I have a 2003 G35 coupe 6mt with 89k miles.
Since the last 2 months I have been noticing that every time I start the car in the morning, lst it idle for 1 minute then put it in reverse to get it out of my driveway.
Now halfway while coming out of the driveway the car makes a krrrrrrrrrrr kind of grunting sound, to which when I put it in neutral it goes away and then if I put it in reverse i never does it again until the next morning.

This never happens anytime during the day, it only when the car has been sitting all night or is totally cold.

The car drives like a dream, no problem whatsoever, only this sound in the morning when in reverse which goes away when put in neutral.

Please let me know.
Thanks

Is there anything which can be done about it, or should i let it run the way it is.
Since driving, changing gears is not problem, only the 1st morning start / reverse.

I see you have a 2003 too, does yours do that too?

A lot of earlier models get bad syncros after time. The revised trannys are supposed to have improved them.

My 03 6MT has started grinding or being harder to shift into 2nd gear now that it's getting below 30 degrees. Once the car is warmed up it usually works fine. Changing the the tranny fluid with OEM fluid didn't help either. I may switch to a different fluid to see if that helps. I've heard GM synchromesh may be a temp fix. Search the forums for more info about 6MT syncros.
