Talking Getting 1st G Coupe This Weekend

As the title says, I'm picking up my first G35 Coupe this weekend. I'm excited to be a new member in the G community. I've been hanging around the last few weeks while searching for one near me and am glad to actually be an owner of one soon.

What do you guys think of the car?

Looks pretty good to me. See if you can talk the price down a bit.

I sold my 2005 coupe loaded with navigation+all options with 60k miles for $15,500.

Also, what apexi said. You'll enjoy 6MT more.

Those are not 17's. The ad says 17's but those are 18's. Welcome to the show fellow Carolinian...lol. That thing looks super clean but even with the low miles I say it's over priced. See if you can't talk the price down some, I know it's the original owner w/ all the maintenance records up to date but still. +1 for 6MT

Ha....BFE

I'm getting this car because my old car got totaled when my brother was driving by a 15 year old girl who wasn't paying attention and ran a red light at an intersection, and pulled out right in front of him.

My dad also works with and knows the guy so he is giving it to us for 14995, the ad was put up before the accident. 6MT or Auto it would make no difference to getting the car or not, I'm getting it because we know it has been taken care of. He had the oil changed every 3500 miles, has all the service records, etc. and he never used the carpets, he kept them in the trunk and used towels on the floor so the carpet wouldn't get dirty.

And yes the wheels are 18's.

I would say if you are getting it for that price and you are ok with a auto then go for it. I bought my 03 a couple of years ago with 42k fully loaded and all service records for 14,500. It was owned by a doctor and he didn't really need the money so I got a really good deal.

I prefer to pay more but know what I am getting. If you are comfortable with this vehicle's history, price, and condition then get it. Post pictures of your new purchase once you do get it.

Talk him down! The worst thing he can say is no and if he does say yes better for you.
