So the time has come for a new clutch. Is this a good one to go with? I will be getting my flywheel resurfaced.

Exactly my thoughts when I saw that price on Amazon. Plus you get free shipping and a 30 day free return policy if you are not satisfied. I haven't been able to find a better deal.

does anyone know if the nismo flywheel fits this clutch? or ANY aftermarket clutch for that matter?

 

The clutch is such a critical part of our rides, I'd be apprehensive about buying one that cheap! If it doesn't last, you don't roll....anywhere. If I needed a clutch it would be made by ACT then there's no worries about quality or longevity.

Exedy makes good clutches so quality isnt an issue. They rank right up there with ACT. The NSK1000 is just an OEM replacement clutch which will work great unless you need extra clamping force for F/I . If you dont need more than OEM then that looks like a decent deal.

 

I love Exedy oem clutch...they feel great for my past cars and they are one of the biggest clutch manufacturer and oem clutch supplier in Japan. thanks! now i just have to find a discounted good brand flywheel and a CD009 transmission

BTW, ACT clutches don't cost that much either.

 

Yea they give you a 30 day return because they know once you pay to have it installed and it messes up you have to pay the price to have it removed...
