Ok I have a problem, which involves my tire pressure system. Recently the tire pressure sensor popped on and from that I went and added the right amount of pressure to the tires. But that didnt solve the problem its been like that for a week. I check my tires everyday to make sure there isnt a leak or anything like that and everything is the same. Normally I would just take it to a dealership, but the problem to that is that I'm stationed in Germany, and they dont make Infiniti's over here so my next best thing is to find a Nissian dealership I guess. I took my car to the car care place on post but those asses wont do anything to help me as far as trying to find which sensor is bad or anything. So before I take my car to a Nissian dealership I wanted to know if I could just reset the system to turn off the light? I've heard ppl in the past doing different things such as pumping the breaks and some other stuff like that but Im not to familar with the process. From me checking my tire pressure everyday I know the tires are alright Im just not sure which sensor is messed up it could be do to the weather but things are finally clearing up over here. So will resetting the system turn the light off or will I have to just find a dealership?
Try removing the negative side of the battery for an hour (no more) if that doesn't work stop by Nissan. Those sensors have batterys in them which maintains a signal to your ECU. With luck my first suggestion will work for ya....
