is this a good deal?
dude at lone star chevy went down to $12000 from $14999 on a 03 g35 coupe with 86000 miles.
it felt alright when i test drove it, some rattling by the dash.
also the passenger window does not work.
has leather
has the aluminum infiniti rims
and the automatic tranny.
they also offered me 5000 for trade on my 97 wrangler with no a/c.

The window issue is probably a $400 fix at the dealership, or $150 - $200 if you're mechanically inclined and want to do it yourself.
Seems like they're offering you a very high trade in allowance for your Jeep.
$12k seems reasonable for a G coupe with the mileage you described if the car is in good condition or better.
So I guess overall, with the information you've provided, it sounds like a fair deal to me. Inevitably though someone will come along and post that they got a 2003 G coupe with 145,000 miles for $10k and you're getting screwed by the dealer.

when i bought my car the driver side window wouldn't work, so i took the motor apart and cleaned it all around and it worked fine after that. Its a free fix if you know what your doing and if the motor isn't busted
the fact that they are offering me high dollar for my jeep is what makes me want to jump on this.
this is the first g35 ive driven though, so i have no comparison for evaluating the performance/condition of this one.
there was a little wind noise on the right side when on the freeway, but that could have something to do with the window. it might not be all the way up.
