Wheels/rims on G35 the same as a 350z?

Just bought a 2004 Black on Black G35 Coupe 3 days ago. I have been researching my butt off on figuring out what rims to get without having to buy spacers. It's much more complicated than expected. My car before this was a turbo Eclipse and wheels were much easier to deal with. I found a lot of info on the 350z offets and such, so I just wanted to know if I can go off that info? Basically is it exactly the same as a 350z? I want 19's. This is what I have found:

Front 19 x 9.5 +22mm offset

Rear 19 x 10.5 +22mm offset

I know the bolt pattern is the same, but the offsets and such is mainly what I am inquiring about. Like the way it sits on the car to make them look nice. Is the depth of the body the same as on a 350z?

yes. if you had a wheel with a specific offset and put it on a z it would sit the same on the body as it would on a g
