Wiring help Pioneer Avic-x920BT

Having some issues installing this and I'm hoping someone can help. Car is an 03 with Bose. I'm using the following:
Pioneer Avic-x920BT
Pac ROEM-NIS2

My problem is when I turn on the car. The HU doesn't display anything. I can hear the HU power up and check for a disk and the fan in the rear turns on. After about 30 sec. the HU will beep a couple times then nothing. I have wired in the bypass. Moved the mute wire then wired the mute and parking break wire into the ground on the harness. I could have the blue wire out of place but I can't find a post that explains what to do with that wire very clearly. On the Pac ROEM there is a blue wire which is for a "power antenna" and a blue/white wire that is for "amp trigger". On the Avic harness there is only a blue/white wire which Pioneer says to connect to "the antenna booster power control terminal." Been searching the web and the forums for a couple days trying to find a solution. Help would be greatly appreciated.
