Just moved back to Miami...

I just landed a new job and moved back to Miami. I have a '04 coupe and I'm ready to make some changes. I want to replace the headlamps (to the '06)and white-out the side markers along with replacing my front fascia since it has love bug damage. Should I attempt to replace them myself or take it to a local shop? Any advice? Cost? Recommeded shops? I aslo want to change my current set of rims. Please Advise!

Thanks for the reply. I want upgrade the headlamps to the '06 and white-out the side markers as well. I also would like to replace the front fascia and possible other touchup work. I live in Palmetto Bay behind South Motors BMW.
