Black is less noticible, but I prefer the finish on the pink. Looks to be higher quality to me. How long did you wait in between coats for the pink?

btw http://www.xenonmods.com/ has pretty cheap decals to put on after you paint got my brembo replacements from him and my buddy got some really nice looking lexus ones there too.
Careful ordering from that site. I ordered and never received my decals. I needed to file a Paypal dispute (which I won) to get my money back. Not sure why they never responded to any of my inquiries during the entire process!

Get the G2 kit, it is extremely high quality. Do the job right once. You once need one kit to do all four calipers.

The caliper cleaning and preparation is the most important step!

One was plenty for me to do three coats of all four calipers... Still have extra left over, although its useless now.

+2 on that one. I had to send several nasty emails and was getting to close to contacting PayPal when they finally showed up. I have delt with a company called www.fastdecals.com twice now. They have more of a selection and very quick service. They use Priority Mail a little more expensive probably but no waiting.

It said to wait 15 minutes but i waited for it to be slightly tacky since it was still slightly wet at 15 min, you dont want the paint to dry all the way in between coats or it wont lay right. I still have some paint left over, im going to try and make more of it to put a stripe around my rims ;-)

Prep is the key to anything including caliper painting. I have used VHT in the past and it is not as glossy as the brush on stuff. It will flow correctly and be smooth and glossy as you can see by the pink ones. Keep the remainder for touch ups.

I will keep some around, but there's a code for EVERY paint, like i said, im going to make MORE or at least try to match it bc i want to put a stripe on the outer edge of my rims.

Weird, mine did take like a week or a two to get here but they did come. My friends didn't even take a week. Maybe he was just bogged down when you guys ordered?

Thanks, i'll get some better pics when i've done my touch ups and put the decals on. The lugs are PIAA, bought them off the market here from Kevin@US-Autotech.
