About to get my new to me 06 G tinted and wanted to know which brand to get.

 

I didn't know brands existed for tint. I just see rolls of them at shops. Just get whatever they get I guess. Some say their tint won't go purple as fast as others, That usually takes a few years tho. We got some cheap tint on a 2006 Mazda 3 back in 2006 and it lasted 3 years before it started to fade to dark purple.

 

any reputable tint shop should have at least decent tint. a lot of shops offer a warranty as well.

solar shield has never faded on my car or parents cars...

 

I have had Huper Optic brand on my previous BMW's & loved it! I plan to have it installed on my G coupe as well.

 

+1 had mine for 4+ years car isnt garaged and still looked great!
