I haven't taken pics of how it is, but the g35 I bought has the clear coat pulling up on the passenger side of the hood. I haven't gotten a quote on getting the damage repaired. (I'd fix it myself, but I don't have the time to with my current job situation) My g35 is a 2003 and blue. I am guessing the work would cost about 400 dollars from my past experience. Do you all think that a carbon fiber hood might look better/ be a better option than getting the stock hood fixed?

 

stock hood fixed if your car is complete stock. carbon fiber hood is too street and it wount match with your stock car.. especially blue...IMO

 

it's got the skyline body kit installed by a prior owner. so it's not completely stock body.

that's what the original owner called it. it's got the skyline gt350 side valences and a rear bumper that matches them. the front bumper is stock though. looks pretty good. rear bumper color is slightly off, but the valences are perfectly painted. it's also got that spoiler everyone puts on it.

tbh I haven't researched what the actual name of the kit is, but it looks pretty good and it's made from polyurethane so I'm not so worried about quality on it.
