Rear Bumper - FLAT SPOT!!!

So, I got home from the Mall and now I see a flat spot on my rear bumper. Its only noticeable when you look at it from an angle. Is there a way to fix this without replacing the rear bumper?

try going to a local body shop and see if they do paintless dent removal i had a flat spot on the lower driver side of my rear bumper paid 50 bucks n got it right out
