Lastnight i was parked on an incline...

With the car OFF, i pushed in the clutch and put it in first gear.. my car began to roll back..
Should the car be rolling back if I have the clutch pushed in??? (the car is off)

You're parked on an incline in gear. The trans is keeping the car from rolling because the engine is off and will not turn over. Pushing the clutch in releases the trans from the engine and off you go.
That being said, I have a feeling the rest of the posts will be painful for you to read

yes you car will roll backwards if you push the clutch in. And no its not bad. You should be using your e-brake as well.

well someone tell me why I cannot shift into any gear at all???
Im completely locked out of every single gear when I push the clutch in and the car is ON.

Is your car rolling backwards when you are trying to shift into a gear? You don't have a bad clutch. It sounds like user error. There's a thread on here about how to drive a manual. Check it out.

Ok youre on level ground with the car on, you press the clutch and shift into first and release the clutch what happens? You need to be more descriptive if not get your SPF 5000 sun block ready :-)
