i bought this 03 but i been told my headlights are 06. I want to do some led swaps. please help me. tell me if i can change out this.

the red circle is what i want to switch to led. it clashes with all the rest of the leds, its too yellow. what bulb number is it? does it have a ballast or can i just get a small led swap.?

the green circle i have never seen it on. day or night even if i mess with auto/on/off switch that controls the headlights. does it turn on? does it have a ballast?

The red light is the city light a requires a 168/196 bulb. No ballast just do a simple bulb change. The green circle is your fogs. That requires an after market HID kit. The bulb size is H1. You won't be able to turn them on using your headlight switch. You need to turn the switch right next to it to turn them on.

is city light the same as parking light? i see people using those words interchangably
