Stock Bose 6 Disc CD Player Crapped out - Aftermarket options help

I have a 2005 G35 Coupe
What aftermarket solutions can I get that will allow me to keep the factory installed OEM Sat Navigation and climate controls. I would like to have a ipod adapter as well. Doesn't need to be fancy, single disc is fine but need to have ipod adapter and ability to still use Navigation and Climate controls.

O, and you'll probably need a different center piece to fit the double din systems. Maybe even for single dins, not to sure.
