New. Question related to electrical/sound

Hey, guys. I just got a 2003 premium coupe with about 120k on the clock. I bought the car from my brother, and it has been noticed that the car has had some odd "ticks." The windows will randomly go back down after raising them and there have been radio problems, etc in the past. I was wondering how common things like this were, and if I would be potentially making it worse if I swapped the touch screen double din head unit out of my old car and into this one. Right now it just has the stock Bose system. I didn't know if adding a head unit, sub and amp could cause more electrical issues.

Any input is appreciated. I'm coming from the Mustang world and ModdedMustangs dot com and know very little about these vehicles. THANKS!

The window motors have always been an issue, there's a good DIY on here for replacing them.
A lot of people go with the double din with no issues, just a matter of good wiring and grounding

So the windows doing that is a separate issue? I assumed they were related. I'm guessing by your response that you think that a professional head unit installation will be just as good on a G as any other vehicle. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to amplify the problem.
