Will these fit my G35?

Hey guys, Im looking for new rims and and tires and need some info on fitment. I have an 03 g35 coupe with Brembos. I want a nice flush look. Here are the rims I found:
the size are 20x10 & 20x8
P.C.D: 5-4.5/5-4.75
offset : +35

Will these fit ?
What is the widest tire I can put on them?
I dont want the side walls thick but I also dont want to worry about every bump, so what would be good?
Will I need spacers?
are there any draw backs to using spacers? ( I do not want the performance of the car to suffer)
And any other info I might need or want, etc. Sorry for sounding so new, but any help will be wonderful. thank you

you might notice a little loss in low end power with 20's, unless you go with a super low profile tire

You may want to search before actually purchasing. Your questions should only be answered by you, when your confident you understand the issue.. Yes they will fit if your on OEM suspension. They will be a little tucked with that offset(although it is pretty good). Use this website to maintain the same overall rolling radius(otherwise youll f up your Odometer/Tach/VDC...etc..) With 20" rims the mass is further away from the axle, thus it will take more force to maintain the same acceleration...i.e. "loss of power." Although its not an actual loss of power just 'feels" like it.. BTW are you coming from OEM 17s, 18s, or 19s?

BTW comfort with 20s will be compromised, you will feel every bump and every pot hole.

I Think I am just going to get them. Now what is the widest tire I can put on those rims. I was thinking 285/30 and 245/30. Will this look aggressive? Is this enough wall so I dont have to worry all the time about small bumps and pot holes? Will this also raise my car?(I do not want it raised)

I'm pretty sure with those offsets, you won't be flush with your fenders. In a sense, you'll be higher.

Dont do it with that +35 offset. Also you said the rear was 5x4.75, we have 5x4.5 all around or 5x114.3 iirc

You really need to do more research. A 285/30/20 will have a rubber band sidewall and will ride like ****. Good luck with that.

Bump on right lug pattern. 5x114.3

If I'm not mistaken stock offset is +33 ? At least I think that's it for rays 19's. + 45 would be your best bet with staying flush
