got a/c problem diagnosed
so I took my 04 coupe to a shop to get checked out because my a/c was blowing not so cold at a stand still I thought it was a leak but it turned out not to be a leak, what it turned out to be was the radiator fan. I searched forums but not exactly answer some of my questions:
(1) the fan on the driver side does turn on what exactly is that one for?
(2) the fan on the passenger side does not turn on what exactly does that one do?
(3)the guy at the shop said the a/c system is good but the fan has to be replaced will that make much of a difference?
thanks in advance
and Happy Easter

one turns on when the engine warms up to keep it from overheating.
one turns on when you use your ac. the fan is supposed to cool the air flowing through your condenser to cool the refrigerant so it can release the heat before going back through the system.
the ac system is really sensitive and all parts need to be working to achieve max cooling efficiency. so yeah, change your fan and it you will feel a difference.

i did notice that my car never overheated so that leaves the ac fan not working i already ordered the whole assembly which includes both fans, also i do notice when i start the car and turn my ac its really warm and then it cools.
