how to remove these from my front bumper(pics)

I was I'n the process of taking my front license plate off and came across these? Does
Anyone know how I take them off? So I can insert the bumper plugs? I tried pulling them out but it seems as if the end thats inserted into to bumper has a circle ending which prevents it from coming out

Probably have to take the bumper off, or take off the under tray and try to access them from the bottom.

Are they usually on the front bumper? I wanted to see if anyone seen these before? & if so what was the easiest way of removing them.

.....That looks like the stuff I use at work. We drill into brick walls and then insert plugs that look like that, and they are threaded so we can drill something else into the plugs. I didn't think they came factory like that, so maybe someone drilled into your bumper to hang a license plate?

Yeah that isn't factory. I'd take off your splash shield underneath the engine to reach them. Unless you can reach them by taking the grill off, not sure.

The plugs you showed in the pic should be easily removed carefully with pliers, or reach inside and cut the ends off. The replacement plugs and be purchased for the dealership but you'll need touch up paint to finish since they come unpainted....G/L
