Audio help please!

I am working on the sound system in my car. I have the 2004 automatic coupe with bose (bose blows). I have already replaced the stereo with a kenwood excelon stereo. The next step for me is subs/amp and new speakers. from everyone i hear, it is just worth it to replace the front speakers with good components and leave the rest. The plan is to throw in a 4 channel amp somewhere in the trunk. throw in 2 10"s into the trunk in custom boxes. finally, im going to leave the stock bose amp in, but only give it the rear two channels of the head unit (which does work, ive tried it out). this way, il be able to use the 6x9's and the back seat speakers all as filler while the infiniti kappa's i ordered will provide the majority of the sound.

so my questions are ...

1- where should i install the amp in the trunk to maintain the back seat folding down and without taking the stock amp or spare tire out

2- does anyone have any blueprints for a sub box that fits in the side compartments of a trunk . see link below for very expensive commercial design that i want to make my own version of for $40 in materials

thanks !
