Need wheel help!

i have been looking at different models of work wheels trying to find a good deal and in stock.

i have a black coupe with brembos

i ideally wanted to stick with 20" t1s with about a +5 offset so i didn't have to do any major adjustments and use it as a daily driver.
but they are 2-3 month wait

i came across a set of burning black vsxx
Front Spec: 19x9.5 +19mm offset, 5x114.3 a disk
Rear Spec: 19x10.5 +17mm offset, 5x114.3 o disk

and i was going to use 15mm spacers in front and rear
so it will fit with my brembos makeing it +4 front +2 rear

will i have any clearance issues after i roll my fenders flat?

another style im looking at is
WORK VS-MS 19x9.5 +3mm R Disk 5x114.3
WORK VS-MS 19x10.5 +1mm O Disk 5x114.3

i have a lip and ings side skirts. and stance coilovers i don't need the car to be slammed just enough for it to look good and be practical

or should i just wait it out and get a set of 20" because 19's are too small

i hope some one can help me out

Tough call. I can't say for sure anything about clearance issues. But, personal opinions -

1. I like the T1S and VSXX better than the VSMS.
2. 19" is not too small.
