My personal preferences:

19's - 9.5/10.5 or 9.0/10.0

Gotta have a sexy-*** lip fo sho. Step-lip looks pretty cool too.

Offset - whatever number you need to be just flush with the fenders.

Color - Don't like any red/blue/yellow/purple/green/etc ANYWHERE on the wheel; I think it looks hideous, just my opinion. Not a big fan of Chrome but I have seen a couple exceptions that look good that way. Black looks good on a white or silver G. Gunmetal looks good, but my overall favorite is just a nicely polished silver color.

Very good. Thx bro. I'm looking at offsets from 0-+15. That should get me fluch ain't it? And of course non of those hideous bright colors will be anywhere near my wheels.

You'll have to roll your fenders with 0- to +15.
