vertini wheels

I really like these wheels and I'm not much an expert on offsets. I went to rimtuck.com and couldn't find pics of any wheel specs that matched these.
so my questions are...
1. are these good offsets?(good as in flushed) or do i need spacers (i rather not use them)
2. fenders rolled?
3. what tire size? (i want a stretch tire look)

Offsets are ok, not very aggressive though. You won't want to be stretching tires with those offsets, that will just make it appear even less flush.

everything
Im running a 20x9 and 20x10 with 20 and 25 offset. Also running 31mm spacer front and 25mm spacer rear. 225/35 F 245/35 R Fairly decent stretch, the rears stretched a fuzz more than the fronts.

Youre definitely gonna need spacers for it to look flush or wheel poking out
