What could this possibly be?!

I dont know for how long but i just started realizing a weird rattling noise only when I shut my doors. I pushed down on my car above the wheels to see if it was anything with the suspension and i didnt hear a thing. The noise is coming from around the wheel well. Has anyone had a issue like this or know what it could be? thank you

The only noise I know of when shutting my doors is when the metal part of the seat belt hits the inside of my doors. I know is does that cause it leaves marks and you can hear the windows seal.

I also kinda have the same problem..... i hear a thud sound, whenever i try to shut my door with window half down....... seems to me the glass hits some metal parts when i shut it.
