From another thread...I have seen a couple of black coupes with white rims on this site but I cannot seem to find them.

maybe on some TE's or something... i have seen some black 240's with white wheels, but on teh G - i think it would look better with something else... plus that would be an absolute bitch to keep clean!

Damn I kinda like the kit on that Skyline!

The white isn't outstanding IMO but after a few pix, it really isn't nearly as fugly as I originally thought it would be.

White looks sick on black but the wheels need big polished lips, preferably stepped..

Thread is a year old and the idea of white rims on an OB coupe/sedan is still fugly! With OB there are a lot of options from black/gun metal/gold and polished that all good great....white not so much. White on a white sedan/coupe looks good, not OB!

Eh I don't think that looks too bad, but I'm more of a fan of silver/polished or gunmetal on a black car.

When it's done right, I think it look pretty good. PITA to keep clean though....would drive me nuts. Either way, it does seem to be a trend from about 5-10 years ago or so....kinda like how black/flat wheels are the trend nowadays. It will be something else in another few years. Those BMW rims with the drop on the first page looks horrible IMO.

I agree with some others, I would do something else and not white wheels. Personally I like bronze and black on black car. But whatever you wanna do it's your car!
