I took my Coupe in for an oil change and check the brakes...I knew they were getting low. Sure enough the service rep said they would replace the pads front and back, and new rotors up front and recut the rears....Really did a fantastic job, and they feel better than when my car was new....

Now for the great part..
While I was waiting for my car, I mentioned to the service rep how unsatisfied I was with the way my drivers seat cushion had flattened out on the left side, causing the leather to "fold over" itself, more than wrinkle....
He said he would be glad to take a look at it, and when they pulled the car outside, he was quite surprised to see how badly my seat bottom looked....
So he ordered me a new foam seat cushion and new leather seat bottom for my car.....

I'm hoping it matches the original seat, and I'm a little concerned if they know how to do this type of work....I would think an upholstery shop would be more qualified to disassemble and reassemble an entire seat......

Anyways, I will let you guys know my outcome....I'm glad Infiniti stands behind there products....I was really unhappy at the way the seat looked after only 1 year....
thanks for letting me vent.....

How many miles do you have? That is awesome about the brakes. I was hearing rumors of them replacing pads and discs for 3 years/36K, is this true?

Yep that's true, I went in to fix up my brakes, but for some reason they still squeak, during the whole time though the rep kept telling me about 3 years 36K
