Front Bumper Damage

Hey guys, please see attached photo for picture of the damage.

This happened (admittedly) a while ago when I was backing out of my driveway and the snow was concealing a spherical ornamental stone.
It's actually quite inconspicuous until pointed out so my biggest concern is getting the proper shape back... touch up paint can be done later.
I'm wondering what's the best way to approach this. I can actually get my hand in and feel the dent from the inside but I'm not sure if I'll be able to pop it out.
I have a heatgun somewhere and would want to avoid removing the front bumper if possible. Any suggestions?

You pushed it out same way I described I'm guessing? Without removing anything just pushing that bottom plastic guard out of the way?

Hmm.. I just tried and it's a bit harder than I though. I removed the black covering in the fender as best I could (it's still screwed down and my attempts at unscrewing just ate away at the screw) and got my hand in but there's other stuff in the way. Really need to apply a lot of force. Just realized my heatgun isn't with me so it might be a while. Also tried from beneath again but not enough strength in my fingers to push anything out.

@Xet lol I was anticipating this question. My friend parked poorly on the driveway and I had to come close to his car and 'swing out' last second to get out. Unfortunately swinging out got me in contact with that stone which I didn't even know existed.

^ Sucks. I would suggest jacking it up and that might help get move room to push it out.

At least its in a spot in which a lip can cover it up!

I dented/scratched the rear bumper, but if i were to get splash guards they wouldnt be high enough

Get a blow dryer....

Swiftly move it back and forth, the heat will pull the bumper out without messing up the paint.

Sorry for thread resurrection but finally got a hold of the heat gun. Held it to the damaged spot for about 30 seconds and it popped right out. Took a little more time for 'tweaking' and although it's not perfect shape once I clean and paint it it should look good.
Picture attached as proof-of-concept in case anyone needs this in the future.
