Idk about the bondo stuff. The touch up will make it like 50% better, but you will still kind of see it since its dug in the paint a little and not just a clear coat scratch

^well thats why I was thinking bout the bondo, because I know the touch up paint I use isn't going to end up as "thick" as the original paint is now.. So the bondo was going to fill in the gap

No the BBQ grill attacked it... :/ long story! I was enjoying my newly fixed amp which I though was no good(has been like that for like 6months) but really just needed a new fuse the day after we had a BBQ and combination of new working toy and someone moving the grill, that happen! Sucks right?

Well do it's going to take bout a week to get the paint. Had to have it ordered went to 3 dealers and no one had it... More like 2 nissan and 1 infiniti, but same thing! Yeah I'll be sure to update once I get it going.. It's going to be bout the end of next week if not the start of the week after that

I was wondering why in the beginning of this thread you didn't mention that you were the one that was responsible for making this scratch? As a temp fix I'd begin by hitting his area with a high speed buffer and compound. That will get rid of a percentage of the scratch. Dealership touch up paint works alright but with a scratch like that I'd be using Dr. Colorchip....

Hey we all make mistakes, I've made a few that were easy to fix....call me Lucky! lmao Dr. Colorchip does a far better job than the dealership touch up paint, and yes I've used it on my wife's Vette. I feel you'd do well to follow what I suggested or you could apply the touch up paint then have it color sanded and then buffed out. I have a company here in SoCal called DENT MAN, they take out dents/fix bumpers and scratches like you have all for less than a body shop would charge.
